These Terms govern use of yemenipower.com and purchases from Yemeni Power. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Store information and eligibility
The store operates from Housing Colony, Sheikhupura, Punjab, Pakistan. Products promoted for men’s wellness are intended for adult customers. You must provide accurate contact and delivery information and must not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
Product information
We aim to describe products accurately. Natural ingredients may show normal variation in colour, texture, aroma or appearance. Packaging may change without notice. Product photographs are illustrative and screen settings can affect appearance. Any ingredient, origin, organic, therapeutic or performance representation must be read together with the product label and any applicable regulatory authorization.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may verify Cash on Delivery orders by telephone or WhatsApp before dispatch. An order may be refused or cancelled for stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, unverifiable contact information, service-area restrictions, prior repeated refusal of deliveries, legal restrictions or other legitimate operational reasons. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance/dispatch.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are disclosed or communicated before final confirmation. Cash on Delivery is available where supported by the courier and destination. We may introduce additional payment methods later.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed deadlines. Delays can arise from courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote-area limitations, security conditions, incomplete addresses or events outside our reasonable control. Risk in the parcel passes in accordance with applicable law and courier handling arrangements.
Returns, refunds and damaged orders
Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
Health and responsible use

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse of products, failure to follow label directions, inaccurate information supplied by the customer, third-party courier failures or third-party websites. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or statutory jurisdiction, disputes may be brought before a court or other competent forum in Punjab, Pakistan. Customers are encouraged to contact us first so we can attempt a prompt resolution.
